Incase you find yourself here as well like I am because nothing makes sense, and because depression is winning, and because you think that the answer is to end all other answers…. Just in case you find yourself here reading this here and now, I am right here with you myself!!! And although I know that I sit alone in the dark just me and God, I know someone reading this will feel the importance of just appreciating having someone relate and be here beside you!!!! May God be with you and God bless you!

How to tolerate being alive. It physically hurts me to be alive, every breath in HURTS.Suicide was the permanent fix to the permanent problem. When a trauma happens everything on simmer comes to a boil. Suicide was my only coping mechanism that would solve my hurt. Being on the verge of tears or snapping rage, all day all night is exhausting. I cant tell anyone the truth. And I have no one to confide in. I'm alone & suffering & soooo HATED & SOOOOO DONE. There's not a single soul who would care if I was dead or alive.

There is one. You can't see Him but He is with you forever if you call on Him. Please search for "The God Who Cares Enough to Comfort Us" sermon. And read Psalm 116. It was a help for me. I had no one to reach out to. Psalm 72:12-13 (ESV) For He delivers the needy when he calls, the poor and him who has no helper. He has pity on the weak and the needy, and saves the lives of the needy. Lay all your burdens at Jesus' feet, He will never reject you and will never leave you. You will never be alone. I'm praying for you, Renae! ❤

From Jordan's story, he said one key to his recovery is that he had psychiatrist, psychologist, and medical prescription coordinated by one person. I think that is very helpful: you don't have to re-explain; making treatment path directly with you. Fewer walls of shame to get pass. Otherwise, it can be painful to ask questions then be ordered, "Just talk" or there's a war over which one is right.

"We don't fire people when they get too sick." That should be what mental health is based on- not giving up on people because you perceive them as a "lost cause." I've heard of both individual therapists and community mental health facilities abandoning patients who they view as "beyond help" (which nobody is) or just because they don't personally like them (which I cannot believe is legal), leaving those people to suffer with no place to go. Kudos to this program and the workers supporting it.

Jordan I feel so bad for you. I am sorry that your parents had such high expectations of you. I am pretty sure they couldn't fulfill the very same things they were asking of you. The societal pressures you must have gone thru. They would not be able to face themselves. Getting a "C" on a test. is amazing. Some people can t read. or even want to finish high school. Especially POC who have had it so hard. Yes most people in adolescence go through hormonal changes. And life seems hard. because it is hard to become an adult in a world of lots of cruelty. Hard to understand. As it should be. Because the works id s not doing so well because of it. Prescription pills have a side effect of suicidal ideation. I am sorry that you have been thru all of this. You are a person with a heart of gold who only cares to not hurt others. May god bless you and give you the strength and pay you back what you have endured. Don't let anyone tell you that you are a bad person. You are the kindest soul I have seen online. Praying for your recovery I am sorry that you felt

I think I can relate and understand what you mean. It’s hard to take care of your self when your issues make it so you don’t have the will to make that call or schedule that appointment or show up etc etc. I am going through stuff too and I’d be happy to try to help how I can. Definitely reach out how you can and how feels best to someone around you as well but please let me know if you still need help. And if it gets bad enough that number at the end of the video is there. I’m glad your here. Just do what you have to do and do your best whatever that is.
